• My Postdoctoral project at Servier pharmaceutical research institute aims to increase our knowledge of bioisosteric molecular fragments, under the supervision of Dr. Arnaud Gohier and Dr. Pierre Ducrot (confidential).
• My PhD Project was aimed to better understand the Norovirus capsid Assembly. Find more details at this page.
• During my second Master internship, I developed with the Dr. Marc Baaden, Dr. Serge Perez and Dr. Anne Imberty to create a new kind of visualization for carbohydrate molecule with a Game Engine based software : UnityMol. More information on this page.
• For my first Master internship. I worked with the Pr. Nathalie Reuter and Dr. Edvin Flugglebak on surface amino acids distribution for peripheral and transmembrane proteins (confidential).
